Feb 19, 2026

Employment: Full Time

Compensation: $78K + Bonus

Location: Hybrid (Toronto)

Overview:

Secret City is moving into a high-growth chapter of creating products that connect people, culture, and experiences. We move quickly, think long-term, and care deeply about what we put into the world. Secret City is looking for a Product Manager to help shape what we build next. You’ll be at the heart of the company’s strategic engine, guiding the evolution of our products, our roadmap, and ultimately our direction.

As Product Manager, you will be alongside the founders and senior leads to define the future of Secret City. You will own the product vision end-to-end, from strategy and discovery through execution and iteration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Shape Strategy & Direction

  • Influence the long-term strategy and positioning of Secret City through product leadership.

  • Translate company goals into a clear, compelling product vision and roadmap.

  • Identify new opportunities, markets, and experiences that align with our mission and growth.

  • Deeply understand the role of brand and storytelling throughout our products and experiences.

Lead Product Execution

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, validation, prioritization, delivery, and iteration.

  • Set and manage clear goals, success metrics, and milestones for product initiatives.

  • Allocate and manage your product budget with accountability and impact.

Build and Guide Teams

  • Lead and develop cross-functional partners.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and thoughtful experimentation.

  • Partner closely with engineering, marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment.

Champion the User and the Business

  • Ground decisions in deep user understanding while maintaining strong commercial thinking.

  • Balance vision with pragmatism, shipping meaningful progress without losing the bigger picture.

  • Use data, research, and intuition in equal measure to guide priorities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, ideally within gaming, entertainment, experiential design, or consumer products.

  • Proven experience leading products at a senior level in a scaling or high-growth environment.

  • A strategic thinker who can zoom out to define direction and zoom in to unblock execution.

  • Strong commercial instincts paired with a deep respect for user experience.

  • Experience owning roadmaps, budgets, and delivery against defined outcomes.

  • A collaborative leader who can inspire, challenge, and develop others.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward thoughtful action.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

  • Real influence over the company’s strategy and future.

  • Ownership of a defined budget, goals, and milestones, giving you both autonomy and accountability.

  • The opportunity to shape not just products, but the way product leadership is done inside the company.

  • A chance to be part of a high-growth company at a pivotal stage.
