Compensation: $72,000 - $80,000 (based on experience) + 10 days paid vacation, statutory holidays + health and dental benefits
Location: On Site Casa Loma with occasional work at other locations

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially-focused Marketing and Partnerships Manager to spearhead our B2B efforts. This is a crucial, hands-on role perfect for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by direct revenue generation and leadership. Reporting into the Head of Operations and Finance, you will be responsible for defining our B2B strategy, securing key partnerships, and driving the performance of our marketing team to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
Qualifications:
4–6 years of marketing, partnerships, or brand experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or project management role.
Proven experience running campaigns (digital, social, paid) and/or partnership programs.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
A connector: strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with partners, influencers, and collaborators.
Data-driven mindset with creative flair—you’re equally comfortable reviewing performance reports and brainstorming fresh campaign ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Generation (B2B Focus)
Intense Focus on B2B Sales & Revenue Generation: Directly drive the sales lifecycle for corporate, private, and large-scale group bookings
Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan, identifying and targeting key sectors and businesses.
Negotiate and close high-value partnership and event deals, consistently meeting and exceeding defined revenue goals.
Team Leadership & Direction
Manage and Drive the Direction of the Marketing Team: Provide clear, actionable leadership to a small, dedicated marketing team
Oversee the development of sales collateral, pitch decks, and digital campaigns that speak directly to corporate clients.
Establish a culture of accountability and performance measurement within the marketing function.
Partnerships & Venue management
Building and Manage Relationships with Event Venues: Identify, evaluate, and forge strong, mutually beneficial relationships with third-party event venues, co-working spaces, and unique booking locations to expand our B2B event footprint.
Act as the primary point of contact for all event partnership contracts and logistics.
Performance & Reporting
Define and Track Reporting and Metrics: Implement robust tracking mechanisms and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for B2B sales, marketing performance, and partnership ROI.
Regularly analyze sales data and event performance, presenting clear, concise reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Admin
Attend and contribute to weekly meetings, including, but not limited to, All Hands, Project specific meetings, and design critique sessions.
Create FAQs and blueprints to help train staff and track build adaptations and changes.
Maintain expenses within allocated amounts and provide financial updates/reports as required.
Assist with administrative or operational duties as required.
Research and keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and tools.
Participate in job-related training activities as necessary.

Additional Information
